UDDI 3.0 install on a named clustered named SQL Instance

In early December 2009 Microsoft published a fix for when you try to install UDDI 3.0  (the UDDI that comes with BizTalk Server 2009) on a clustered named instance. I recently tried to do that at a client, and ran into some problems, and were not aware of the fix. Evelio (a sharp head & good troubleshooter) and I was trying to configure the UDDI database bits on the SQL cluster when we couldn’t get the Configuration Wizard to recognize the SQL instance. After some tenacious googling by Evelio, he discovered the KB article on this fix. Apparently this was reported as an error, last year on MSDN BizTalk forums here. And shortly thereafter they published a fix. The Microsoft KB articledi not pop out with the most obvious keywords.
